- Our website is continuously updated to reflect only the products which are in stock so if it’s on the site, it’s in stock.
- Shipping charge is KD 1.000 per consignment all over Kuwait and for the rest of the Gulf countries is KD 6.000.
- Any order placed will be delivered within 48 hrs within the working hours in Kuwait. For other Gulf countries, consignments will be shipped out through International Couriers within 48 hours of Order confirmation. Prior to delivery, you will receive a confirmation call from our office. If you face any delay in response, please feel free to call or email us.
- Payment can be made in cash on delivery or through Visa/ Master Card. (Please check the demo which shows how to make purchase through our site)
- Due to hygiene reasons, jewelries or accessories cannot be returned nor exchanged after sales under any circumstances.
- Our working hours from 10am to 10pm KST, Saturday through Friday.
- Our website is secure; we use state-of-the-art data encryption technology to protect our customer’s information. Secure Socket Layers (SSLs) encrypt the information sent between your computer and our database.
- Our Sales are only through website Juliaglobal.com and we don’t have any agents in the Gulf States. Please note that Julia Global is not responsible for any transactions made except through our website.
